Mums4achange is a social enterprise run by Jo. The organisation offers coaching and counselling sessions as well as the Time For You group sessions.
Time For You was designed specifically for mothers of children wth additional needs.  

Jo will be running this group side by side with our Ivybridge Spark Seekers sessions,and there is also a zoom elemnt.
