We are delighted to have arranged an exclusive visit for all of our extended Creative Curiosities SW family to the Yelverton Horse Rescue Centre. This will be followed by a bring and share lunch and activities at Yelverton War Memorial Hall.
You are welcome to join us for either or both parts of the day. If you previously booked for the December event then your ticket is still valid. Please let us know if you are no longer attending.
Parents/ carers and siblings of all ages are welcome.
Expect a relaxed, fun packed day meeting the different herds, preparing treats for the ponies, asking as many questions as you like!
There'll be games for you and the horses, refreshments are provided, and you are invited to take part in the Poo Pick a Thon challenge. The money raised not only goes towards supporting the great work of the guys at the Rescue Centre but also covers the cost of the visit, enabling us to return !
Yelverton is one of our outreach villages and we are looking to building a long term relationship with the fabulous guys at the horse sanctuary.
There will be lots of curators on hand , so if you're a young person whose parent /carer can't attend we will be there to support you.
